§ 50-740. Sale of produce on premises.

The following provisions apply to sale of produce on premises:

(1)

The applicant shall provide a sketch (site plan is not required) indicating that the produce stand and/or display area is located in a manner which allows traffic to enter and exit the premises without the need for backing movements onto the highway right-of-way.

(2)

A minimum of five off-street parking spaces shall be provided, without requirements for paving.

(3)

All produce sold on-premises must be raised on the premises.

(4)

Nonproduce retail or wholesale sales are expressly prohibited.
