§ 50-739. Riding stables and academies.

The following provisions apply to riding stables and academies:

(1)

A site plan shall be submitted as provided in section 50-775.

(2)

Documentation shall be provided as to current or available insurance for liability.

(3)

All buildings shall be provided with automatic sprinkler systems, and fire extinguishers shall be located at all points of ingress and egress.

(4)

A minimum of one off-street parking space shall be provided for each animal stall.

(5)

Each proposed site shall contain a minimum of one acre per two horses.
