§ 34-4. Adoption of year-round water conservation measures.

All portions of section 40B-2.041(9)(d), Florida Administrative Code, dealing with year-round water conservation measures, as may be amended from time to time, are incorporated herein by reference as a part of the Levy County Code of Ordinances, and are made applicable to the unincorporated area of the county located within the boundaries of either district.
