§ 94-1. Withlacoochee River speed zones and limits on expansion of residential dock facilities.

The board of county commissioners does hereby adopt the speed zones that are currently in place along the Withlacoochee River and which are specified in F.A.C. 68C-22.011. Expansion of residential dock facilities along the Withlacoochee River shall be limited to a density of one boat slip per platted lot or per 100 feet within single family zones and a maximum of two boat slips per 100 feet for multifamily zones.
