§ 94-2. Parking at public boat ramp near No. 4 bridge near Cedar Key.

  • (a)

    The purpose of this section is to establish rules and regulations for parking vehicles at or near the public boat ramp at No. 4 bridge on State Road No. 24 near Cedar Key, Florida and to provide a means for enforcing such regulations.

    (b)

    There shall be no parking of vehicles beyond a point to be clearly designated by signs posted on the premises. The parking signs shall have instructions for parking vehicles and shall advise the public of the penalties for violations of the regulations.

    (c)

    This section shall not apply to those vehicles parked beyond the signs while in the process of loading and unloading their boats.

    (d)

    Any person or persons found to be in violation of this section shall be subject to the following penalties:

    (1)

    The vehicle may be towed away at the expense of the owner.

    (2)

    The violation shall constitute an offense and may be punishable by a definite term of imprisonment of not more than 60 days and/or a fine of not more than $500.00.
