§ 50-817. General standards.

(a)

The special exception use shall be consistent with the regulations of this article.

(b)

The special exception use shall be consistent with the comprehensive plan for the county.

(c)

The special exception use shall be provided for an effective and unified treatment of the development possibilities on the project site making appropriate provision for the preservation of scenic features and amenities of site and the surrounding areas.

(d)

The special exception use shall be planned and developed to harmonize with any existing or projected development in the area surrounding the project site.
