§ 50-748. Veterinary clinics.

The following provisions apply to veterinary clinics:

(1)

A site plan shall be submitted as provided in section 50-775.

(2)

This use will be allowed adjacent to an existing residential use or residential zoning district if the following conditions are met:

a.

The practice is limited to small animals.

b.

All animals are confined to a completely enclosed building between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

(3)

All animal runs, cages and holding areas will be cleaned and washed on a daily basis, with a waste disposal system approved by the county health department.
