§ 50-726. Institutions (other than group homes and foster care facilities).

The following provisions apply to institutions other than group homes and foster care facilities:
(1)

Licensing by the state shall be a prerequisite.

(2)

A site plan shall be submitted as provided in section 50-775.

(3)

Buffering and visual screening are required where the property is contiguous to any district which requires lower population densities.
