§ 50-459. Illumination.

(a)

Illumination devices such as, but not limited to, floodlights and spotlights shall be so placed and so shielded as to prevent rays and illumination therefrom being cast into neighboring dwellings and approaching vehicles.

(b)

Flashing signs are prohibited.
