§ 78-4. Special procedures relating to roadway maintenance services.

For all new subdivisions within the county that are approved after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article is derived, a municipal service benefit unit shall be created and service assessments imposed on benefited property to fund the provision of roadway maintenance services on all internal subdivision roadways that are dedicated to and accepted by the county.
