§ 6-1. Alcoholic consumption and possession prohibitions.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or have in his possession any alcoholic beverages in a publicly owned park or recreation area, or on any public school property, or at any municipally- or county-owned and -operated recreation center or sports stadium.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic beverage on any public street or publicly owned facility in the county, or upon private property, except as a lawful guest and with the consent of the owner or person in charge of such private property.
