§ 62-1. Establishment of rules and regulations.

(a)

The board of county commissioners shall establish by resolution a set of rules and regulations for each county park within the unincorporated areas of the county.

(b)

The rules and regulations adopted in the manner set forth in subsection (a) of this section shall be posted in a visible place at each county park.

(c)

Any person or persons violating any of the rules and regulations at any county park shall be guilty of an offense.

(d)

The county sheriff's department shall have authority to enforce this section.
