§ 58-237. Property owners, rental agents, real estate agents, apartment complex managers, condominium associations, mobile/manufactured home park managers and other responsible parties.

It shall be a violation of this article for any property owner, trustee, rental agent, real estate agent, apartment complex manager, condominium association, mobile/manufactured home park manager or any other person responsible for the letting of any property subject to the limitations of section 58-236 of this article, whether for compensation or not, to have an unlawful number of predatory individuals domiciled on any property controlled directly or indirectly by that person.
