§ 50-755. Minimum criteria for accessory uses.

  • (a)

    No accessory use is allowed unless a principal use already exists on the parcel.

    (b)

    No accessory use is allowed to be located within a front yard.

    (c)

    Each accessory use shall meet all required setbacks for the applicable zoning district.
