§ 50-737. Rehabilitation centers.

The following provisions apply to rehabilitation centers:

(1)

A site plan shall be submitted, subject to the provisions of section with the following additional requirements indicating the methods to be used to:

a.

Provide internal and external security.

b.

Provide fire protection.

(2)

Off-street parking shall be provided at the rate of 1.0 space per employee on the maximum shift, plus 1.2 spaces per bed.

(3)

Where contiguous to any residential district, a landscaped buffer shall be provided, having a minimum width of 20 feet. The board of county commissioners may require berms or opaque fencing where the proposed development will abut any existing residence.
