§ 50-734. Permanent sawmills.

The following provisions apply to permanent sawmills:

(1)

Access via any residential district is prohibited.

(2)

A site plan shall be submitted as provided in section 50-775, with the following additional requirements indicating the methods to be used to:

a.

Control stormwater runoff.

b.

Prevent fire.

c.

Reduce dust and noise emissions.

(3)

The proposed location shall be at least 660 feet from any residential land use or residential zoning district.
