§ 50-721. Furniture manufacturing.

The following provisions apply to furniture manufacturing:
(1)

All storage of materials, finished or unfinished, shall be within a totally enclosed structure.

(2)

All solvents, paints, stains, glue and other flammable materials shall be provided with separate storage and with an automatic fire suppression system.

(3)

Disposal of waste materials shall be via a method approved by the state department of environmental protection.

(4)

Emissions detectable at the property line are expressly prohibited.
