§ 50-559. Forms of certificates.

(a)

County certificates. Each plat shall on the first sheet show certificate of approval in the form as follows:
Certificates of Approval for Levy County, Florida; We, the undersigned do hereby certify that this plat conforms to the requirements of Levy County Ordinance and Regulations as follows:

Planning and Zoning—	_____ Date	_____ Levy County Planning and Zoning
Water and Sewer Requirements—	_____ Date	_____ Levy County Health Department
Lot sizes comply with F.S. ch. 381 and F.A.C. 10-D6—
Road Requirements—	_____ Date	_____ Superintendent-Levy County Road Department
Property Appraiser—	_____ Date	_____ Levy County Property Appraiser
Form and Legality—	_____ Date	_____ Levy County Attorney
Commission—	_____ Date	_____ Chairman—Board of County Commissioners

 

(b)

Clerk of circuit court certificate. Each plat shall on the first sheet show clerk of the circuit court certificate in the form that follows:

Clerk of the Circuit Court Certificate: This is to certify that this plat has been filed for record in the Plat Book ________, page ________, of the public records of Levy County, Florida, this ________ day of ________, 20___A.D.
