§ 50-468. Traffic safety.

No sign shall be erected or continued that:

(1)

Obstructs the sight distance along a public driveway.

(2)

Would tend, by its location, color or nature to be confused with or obstruct the view of traffic signs or signals.

(3)

Uses such admonitions as "Stop," "Go," "Slow," "Danger," etc., which might be confused with traffic directional signals.

(4)

Obstructs a sign erected by a public authority for the purpose of giving traffic directions or instructions or other public information.
