§ 50-351. General noise control measurement standard and prohibitions.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to create, operate, or cause to be operated on
private property or any public space any source of sound in such a manner as to create
a sound level which exceeds the limits set forth in Table 1 for the zoning district
or category of property receiving the sound when measured at or within the boundary
of the property receiving the sound. The measurement of sound or noise levels shall
conform to the standards in section 50-355.
