§ 50-302. Levels of service.

  • (a)

    Sanitary sewer. The minimum level of service for sanitary sewer systems is 100 gallons per capita per day for residential development, or an ERU for non-residential development. If the municipal jurisdiction committing to provide sanitary sewer service adopts a higher level of service, then the higher level of service shall apply.

    (b)

    Solid waste. The minimum level of service for solid waste is 2.8 pounds per capita per day for residential development, or an ERU for non-residential development.

    (c)

    Drainage. The minimum levels of service for drainage for both quantity and quality are those that would comply with the quantity and quality water management district standards contained in the Florida Administrative Code for the water management district in which the proposed development is located.

    (d)

    Potable water. The minimum level of service for potable water is 150 gallons per capita per day for residential development, or an ERU for non-residential development. If the municipal jurisdiction committing to provide potable water service adopts a higher level of service, then the higher level of service shall apply.

    (e)

    Parks and Recreation and Open Space. The minimum levels of service for parks and recreation and open space are:

    (1)

    Public parks: Two (2) acres of public park per one thousand (1,000) persons.

    (2)

    Open space: One hundred (100) acres of dedicated open space per one thousand (1,000) persons.

    (f)

    Transportation. The minimum level of service for all roads in the county is "C."
