§ 50-301. General requirements and defined terms.

(a)

As provided in F.S. § 163.3180, and the Capital Improvements, Future Land Use, Infrastructure, Recreation and Open Space, and Transportation Elements of the Levy County Comprehensive Plan, sanitary sewer, solid waste, drainage, potable water, parks and recreation and open space, and transportation facilities and services shall be in place and available, or projected to be available, to serve new development at the times and at the levels of service indicated in this article.

(b)

Any terms used in this article that are defined in F.S. § 163.3164, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in such F.S. § 163.3164. In addition, for purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below:

CIE means the Capital Improvements Element of the Levy County Comprehensive Plan.

ERU means equivalent residential unit.

FDOT means the Florida Department of Transportation.

Public facilities means sanitary sewer, solid waste, drainage, potable water, parks and recreation and open space, and transportation facilities and services. Public facility means any one of the foregoing facilities or services individually.

SIS means Florida Strategic Intermodal System as described and provided for in F.S. §§ 339.61 through 339.64.
