IV. - U.S. 19 access management review committee.

A committee shall be established to oversee implementation of the U.S. 19 Overlay District and to promote consistency in review of requests for deviation from standards. The committee shall be comprised of staff representing Levy County, and will include representatives of the City of Chiefland and the City of Fanning Springs at such time that the U.S. 19 Overlay District regulations are adopted by each city. The committee shall establish procedures governing the review of requests for major deviation from connection spacing and corner clearance requirements of this district.
