§ 47-121. Review requirement.

This chapter and the impact fee studies adopted herein shall be reviewed by the county at least once every three years. The initial and each subsequent review shall consider but not be limited to all components of the impact fee studies accepted herein. The purpose of this review is to demonstrate that the impact fees do not exceed reasonably anticipated costs associated with growth necessitated capital improvements. In the event the review of the ordinance and the impact fee studies required by this section alters or changes the assumptions, conclusions and findings of the impact fee studies accepted herein then said studies shall be amended and updated to reflect the assumptions, conclusions and findings of such reviews and the impact fees shall be amended in accordance therewith.
