§ 47-79. Imposition of fire protection impact fees.

(a)

All fire protection impact construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the county and the Town of Yankeetown shall pay the fire protection impact fee, as established in this article, at the time of issuance of a building permit for such fire protection impact construction.

(b)

All fire protection impact construction occurring within the county shall pay the following fire protection impact fees:

NON-RESIDENTIAL :

Industrial/Manufacturing per 1,000 ft	0
Warehouse per 1,000 ft :	0
Institutional per 1,000 ft	0
