§ 47-151. Imposition.

(a)

All residential construction occurring within the county, both within the unincorporated area and within the municipal boundaries of the cities, shall pay the educational system impact fee, as established in this article, prior to the issuance of a building permit.

(b)

After the effective date of this article, all residential construction occurring within the county, both within the unincorporated area and within the municipal boundaries of the cities, shall pay the following educational system impact fees:

Single-family detached house	$816.60 per dwelling unit
Multi-family dwelling unit	$416.40 per dwelling unit
Mobile home	$637.00 per dwelling unit

 

(c)

At least 90 days prior to the October 1 of each year following the year this article becomes effective, educational system impact fees shall be set by ordinance as provided in the annual indexing procedure set forth in section 47-152 herein and in accordance with the notice requirement in section 37-174 herein.
