§ 47-68. Adoption of road impact fee study.

Latest version.

The county hereby adopts and incorporates by reference, the study entitled "Levy County Impact Fee Study for Roads and Fire Rescue Facilities," dated May 2014, prepared by Duncan Associates, including the assumptions, conclusions and findings in such study as to the determination of anticipated costs of the additions to the county road system required to accommodate growth. The study is attached [to the ordinance from which this section derives] as Appendix A.
