§ 47-49. Imposition of emergency medical system impact fees.

(a)

All emergency medical system impact construction occurring within all unincorporated and incorporated areas of the county shall pay the emergency medical system impact fee, as established in this article, at the time of issuance of a building permit for such emergency medical system impact construction.

(b)

All emergency medical system impact construction occurring within the county shall pay the following emergency medical system impact fees:

Residential	$53.08	Per dwelling unit
Commercial	0.08	Per square foot
Institutional	0.55	Per square foot
