§ 47-29. Imposition of parks and recreation facilities impact fees.

(a)

All residential construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the county shall pay the park impact fees established in this chapter at the time of issuance of the building permit for such residential construction.

(b)

All residential construction occurring within the unincorporated area of the county shall pay the following park impact fees:

Single-family house	$150.21	Per dwelling unit
Multi-family dwelling unit	123.73	Per dwelling unit
Mobile home	158.21	Per dwelling unit
