§ 42-1. Temporary toilets for fairs, carnivals, revivals, etc.; exception.

  • (a)

    Temporary toilets must be provided for all fairs, carnivals, revivals or other encampments where numbers of people congregate for short periods of time.

    (b)

    Contractors or those persons in charge of the fairs, carnivals, revivals or other encampments may seek an exception to the requirements set forth in this section if they provide to the county building official a written statement from a neighboring occupant which authorizes the workers and/or customers and patrons to use the sanitary facilities already in place in the neighboring occupants' premises.
