§ 34-39. Variances.

The board of county commissioners hereby specifically recognizes its power to grant a variance hereby reserves the power to grant a variance from this article upon a showing by the property owner involved that the abandoned property which has been "noticed" has more than nominal salvage value to such owner or the owner has some other valid reason for keeping the property. The granting of such a variance by the board may be made on such conditions and restrictions as the board may decide depending on the particular case involved.
