Article I. YEAR-ROUND WATER CONSERVATION AND WATER SHORTAGE REGULATIONS |
§ 34-1. Intent and purpose.
It is the intent and purpose of this article to protect the water resources of unincorporated area of Levy County from inefficient use at all times and overutilization during periods of water shortage by assisting the Suwannee River Water Management District and the Southwest Florida Water Management District in the implementation of year-round water conservation measures as codified in chapters 40B-2 and 40D-22, Florida Administrative Code, and water shortage plans as codified in chapters 40B-21 and 40D-21, Florida Administrative Code, all as the same may be amended.
