§ 30-37. Penalties.
Any person, firm or corporation who refuses to comply with or violates any section of this article, or the emergency measures which may be made effective pursuant to this article, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction for such offense, shall be punished as provided in section 1-8. Each day of continued noncompliance or violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any licensee of the county found guilty of violating any provision of this article, or the emergency measures which may be made effective pursuant to this article, may have his license suspended or revoked by the board of county commissioners.
