§ 30-31. Intent.

Latest version.

It is the intent of the county to designate a county official to declare a local state of emergency in the event of a natural or manmade disaster, or the imminent threat thereof, and to authorize certain actions relating thereto when a quorum of the board of county commissioners is unable to meet.
