§ 2-207. Procurement under state or federal procedures.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this article, when a procurement involves the expenditure of state or federal funds, in whole or in part, any applicable mandatory state or federal laws and regulations shall apply to the procurement. The procurement coordinator shall include contract provisions giving a contractor notice of the state and federal requirements and, where appropriate, shall include any contract provisions the requirement that the contractor give a similar notice to all of its subcontractors.
