§ 2-186. Established; members; authority.

(a)

The county nuisance abatement board is hereby established and shall consist of the five lawfully elected county commissioners at any given time.

(b)

The board is created pursuant of F.S. § 893.138 and shall possess the powers and authority set forth therein.

(c)

The board specifically incorporates the authority to establish all of the additional penalties set forth in F.S. § 893.138(10).
