§ 22-94. Suspension.

(a)

The county director shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business license for a period not to exceed 30 days if the sexually oriented business licensee has knowingly violated this article or has knowingly allowed an employee to violate this article.

(b)

The county director shall issue a written notice of intent to suspend a sexually oriented business employee license for a period not to exceed 30 days if the employee has knowingly violated this article.
