§ 22-65. Records.

  • (a)

    All information required by the board of any applicant for certification shall be a public record, except financial information and examination grades which are confidential and shall not be discussed with anyone except members of the board and its staff, but the applicant is entitled to see his examination papers and grades.

    (b)

    If a certificate holder changes his name style, address or employment from that which appears on his current certificate, he shall notify the board of the changes within 30 days after it occurs.

    (c)

    All examinations shall be retained for a period of one year from the date of the examination.
