§ 22-33. Applicability.

The provisions of this article do not apply to persons who are exempt from the provisions of F.S. ch. 489, pt. I (F.S. § 489.101 et seq.) or F.S. ch. 489, pt. II (F.S. § 489.501 et seq.).
