The following words, terms and phrases when used in this article, shall have the meanings
ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different
meaning:
Musical or entertainment festival
means any gathering of groups or individuals for the purpose of listening to or participating
in entertainment which consists primarily of musical renditions conducted in open
spaces, not within an enclosed structures.
